Enterprise, Seven Corners And Southwest Airlines Win 2021 Customer Service Award

Enterprise, Seven Corners and Southwest Airlines are among the companies that have won top honors in the 2021 Elliott Readers’ Choice Customer Service Awards, an annual recognition of companies that offer outstanding customer support and service. 

The award, now in its 16th year, is widely recognized as one of the premier customer service honors in America. For 2021, readers of Elliott Advocacy, a leading consumer advocacy site, nominated and voted for their favorite companies in 17 categories ranging from airlines to wireless service providers. 

“Now more than ever, consumers need a reliable guide to the best companies,” says Christopher Elliott, founder of Elliott Advocacy. “Our Readers’ Choice Award is part of our mission to help educate consumers and help them to make smarter purchasing decisions.”
