Allianz, Ford, Marriott, Uber win 2019 Customer Service Award 

Allianz, Ford, Marriott, and Uber have won top honors in the 2019 Elliott Advocacy Readers’ Choice Customer Service Awards, an annual recognition of companies that offer outstanding customer support and service. 

The award, now in its 14th year, is widely recognized as one of the premier customer service honors in America. For 2019, readers of Elliott Advocacy, a leading consumer advocacy site, nominated and voted for their favorite companies in 16 categories ranging from airlines to wireless service providers. 

“The Readers’ Choice Awards answer every consumer’s basic question,” says Christopher Elliott, founder of Elliott Advocacy. “Which company is the best?”

Elliott Advocacy is a nonprofit consumer advocacy site that empowers consumers to solve their problems and helps those who can’t. For 2019, the Elliott Readers’ Choice Customer Service Awards added two new categories: apparel and luggage.
